Production

At present, the plant is equipped with 7 automated glass bottle filling lines produced by the world's leading manufacturers:
- 3 filling lines with an output of up to 12,000 bottles per hour;
- 1 filling line with an output of up to 10,000 bottles per hour;
- 1 new filling line for low-alcohol beverages with an output of up to 8,000 bottles per hour (put into operation in October 2022);
- At present, 2 new Krones filling lines (Germany) with an output of up to 14,000 and up to 24,000 bottles per hour are in the commissioning stage.

The Combine bottles such beverages as: vodka, cognac, tinctures, whiskey, whiskey drinks, gin, aperitif, balsam, liqueur, home-distilled vodka, hrenovuha.

During the beverage production, not only the water quality is important, but also the technology of its preparation. Natural water, entering the Combine, undergoes a thorough 5-stage purification process via the equipment produced by Grundfos (Denmark), Ultec (Germany), CSF Inox (Italy), and Yenisei-5 (Russia). First, the primary water enters an ultrafiltration unit (Germany). The unique equipment removes organic and mineral impurities at the molecular level. After the water is softened, it enters a reverse osmosis unit, which makes it close to distilled one in chemical composition, but having a fresh spring taste at the same time.

The liqueur-infusion area consists of blending, juice infusion, extractor, and infusion departments. Infusions based on berries, herbs, and blends for drinks are prepared there. Padovan ultracooler (Italy) is installed in the juice infusion department and provides beverages resistant to formation of sediment in cold conditions. Additional equipment of 30 tanks with a capacity of 20 to 200 DL was put into operation in the liqueur-infusion area in March 2022, which allowed increasing the production capacity. At present, the capacity of the entire liqueur-infusion area is 120,000 DL of product per month.

Vodka preparation workshop consists of water-spirit solution, blending, and finished products departments. The water-spirit solution is prepared on DIVA GEA continuously operating installation (Germany) with automatic control of the sorting preparation process. Water-spirit solution goes through 3 stages of filtration via sand filters and coal columns. Such a complex technological line allows obtaining a product with exceptional organoleptic properties.

A new blending department for low-alcohol beverages was put into operation in October 2022.

All technological stages of production are operated and controlled by automated systems.

The certified production and technological laboratory monitors the quality of incoming raw materials, progress of the technological process, storage of products in the warehouses, recycling of production waste, sanitary condition of production premises.

The warehouse complex includes fully equipped warehouses with 5,000 pallet places for storing finished products at a time and open container areas. The warehouses are equipped with modern, high-performance and reliable handling equipment, as well as other warehouse equipment, round-the-clock security and video surveillance, and a fire extinguishing system. Storage is provided on frontal pallet racks up to 6 meters high. There are 18 loading and unloading gates.

The high quality of the Combine Rodnik's products is confirmed by the awards won at prestigious national and European competitions. The enterprise has more than 300 diplomas and medals.
